Camper Shell Modification

I spotted this "eye-sore-on-wheels" at a local coffee house that I frequent. I sure hope Mr. Joe Bankhead's artistic skills are better than his taste in camper shell modifications.

What are those wooden sticks poking out on the sides under the roof? Is he trying to make the camper shell to look like an Adobe house?

I believe he is! Especially with those awful ugly fake ladders.

The Japanese have done the similar, except they have turned their vans into mobile shrines for Ayumi Hamasaki.
