Pre-Debate Tempe

I walked around downtown Tempe area and ASU campus this morning. Police are everywhere. Bicycles, motorcycles, and mounted police patrolling downtown area constantly. Foot police are in full riot gear, many of them are packing extra handcuffs, plastic zip-locks, and tazer guns.

Secret service agents have been scattered all over ASU campus and area near Gammage Auditorium. But they are not doing very good job of blending in. Who else would wear black suits, earpieces, and constantly talking to their wrists?

All buildings near Gammage has been fenced off, no one can pass through, except media personels with badges dangling around their necks.
